Aleo Blockchain to Launch Mainnet in July
Aleo (ALEO), a blockchain project utilizing Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) technology, has announced its mainnet launch schedule and introduced the details of its Phase 3 testnet.

According to the latest update on their website, Aleo has concluded Phase 2 of its testnet with notable achievements. The project has now set its sights on launching the mainnet in July.
In the coming weeks, the layer-1 ZK project will unveil details about rewards and incentives for Phase 3 of the testnet, which will include activities such as:
- Building and deploying applications
- Becoming a validator and staking Aleo Credits
- Acting as a prover to help build the network
In addition, Aleo will kick off a “bug bounty” program and host various reward events to encourage community engagement with the blockchain.
Aleo is a decentralized, open-source blockchain platform that leverages Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) technology to ensure user privacy and data security. The platform provides tools and APIs for developers to build and deploy decentralized applications (Dapps) on the Aleo blockchain.
During Phase 2 of testing, Aleo recorded 44,000 provers from 94 countries globally, achieving 750 million PPS (proofs per second). According to Aleo, these are record-breaking figures for a zkVM layer-1 blockchain.
