Layer-2 Base Deploys Mainnet

After an extensive period of network testing, the Layer-2 solution Base has officially launched its mainnet.

Previously, Base had outlined five specific criteria that needed to be met before the network could transition to the mainnet phase. These criteria include:
- Successful deployment of the Regolith hardfork on the testnet
- Technical review and verification with the OP Labs team
- Successful completion of the Bedrock upgrade by Optimism
- Conducting technical audits with third-party auditors
- Stable operation of the testnet for a sufficient period
