What happened: Zama, a protocol focused on onchain confidentiality, expanded its Morpho lineup on September 15 by launching 16 confidential vaults on Ethereum. This includes 12 confidential wrappers for existing vaults and four new confidential-only products, supporting assets like USDC, USDT, AUSD, and TGBP. The move follows the first Zama confidential vault reaching $40 million in total value locked (TVL) within seven weeks of its June 2026 launch. Zama also introduced a Swap Protocol for private asset trades.
