Public Goods Network Launches Mainnet with OP Chain Integration

Public Goods Network (PGN), a project aimed at funding and developing community utilities, has successfully launched its mainnet using the OP Stack toolkit from Optimism.
Launch Details
PGN is dedicated to supporting projects that build public goods and utilities. With the backing of Conduit and the OP Stack, PGN has managed to deploy its own network on the mainnet.

Key Features and Future Plans
A notable feature of PGN is that part of the revenue generated from Sequencers (network operators) will be allocated to support the development of projects within the ecosystem. This allocation will be reviewed and discussed six months after the official launch to potentially adjust the profit-sharing ratio.
Users can now start depositing ETH into the network to prepare for experiencing the products being built on this new infrastructure.

PGN is a low-cost L2 OP Chain, generating sustainable funding for public goods, supported by public goods maxis like @PublicNouns @clr_fund @giveth @hypercerts @octantapp @endaomentdotorg @eco @protocollabs & @gitcoin.

Upcoming Gitcoin Grant Round
The 18th round of the Gitcoin Grant program is scheduled to take place on PGN's network in August, further emphasizing the network's commitment to fostering public goods.
Recent OP Chain Developments
PGN is the third OP Chain to announce a mainnet launch recently. Prior to PGN, BASE (a Layer-2 solution for Coinbase) and Zora (an NFT marketplace) also launched their mainnets built using the OP Stack toolkit.

**We recommend only transferring small amounts of ETH for starters. Do not directly transfer ERC-20 tokens to the bridge address.**
More tokens will be coming soon!
