Sui (SUI) Launchpad Sale Announced on OKX, Bybit, and Kucoin

At least three major exchanges have announced the listing schedule for Sui (SUI), including OKX, Bybit, and Kucoin.

On the morning of April 15th, major exchanges OKX, Bybit, and Kucoin all announced their listing schedules for SUI. Additionally, these platforms introduced a "lottery ticket" mechanism for SUI allocation, moving away from the traditional airdrop method.

Bybit ByStarter

The sale on Bybit is exclusively for users who have supported the project from the early days. These users are categorized into:

• Winners: Participants from the Capy Holidays competition.
• Champions: Individuals selected by the project based on their activity and contributions to the network.
• Supporters: Members of the Sui Discord community with the "Suinami" role (only for those before February 1, 2023).

These three groups will be whitelisted (or allowlisted). On the sale date on Bybit, only those on the whitelist will be able to purchase SUI. The SUI token price on Bybit will also be lower than on OKX and Kucoin as a special offer for early supporters.

• Sale Quantity: 94 million SUI tokens
• Purchase Limit: $10 - $45 per person

Kucoin Spotlight

In addition to the whitelist sale, SUI tokens will be available for public sale on Kucoin and OKX.

The public sale will be conducted via a lottery system. Users need to hold exchange tokens (KCS for Kucoin and OKB for OKX) to receive lottery tickets. After the registration period, the exchange will conduct a lottery draw.

• Price: $0.10
• Sale Quantity: 225 million SUI tokens
• Purchase Limit: $1,000 per person, equivalent to 10,000 SUI tokens

OKX Jumpstart

• Registration Time: Starts at 5:00 PM on April 23 (Vietnam Time)
• Price: $0.10
• Sale Quantity: 225 million SUI tokens
• Purchase Limit: Up to 100 winning tickets per person, with each ticket allowing a purchase of up to 100 SUI tokens. Equivalent to a maximum purchase of $1,000 per person.

Currently, Binance, the largest exchange in the market, has not yet announced any listing for SUI.

Regarding Sui, this is the debut blockchain project from Mysten Labs, which was valued at $2 billion after completing a $300 million funding round led by FTX Venture. Other notable investors include a16z, Jump Crypto, Apollo, Binance Labs, Franklin Templeton, Coinbase Ventures, and several other prestigious funds.

Sui was co-founded by a team previously involved with Meta’s (formerly Facebook) Diem blockchain and Move programming language. Despite the excitement from the community, Sui has repeatedly confirmed that there are no plans for an airdrop.
